Customer bought a shoe cabinet at RM259 which needs assembly and delivery to Puchong, Selangor
Total Payment : RM259 + RM65 (delivery) + RM50 (assembly) = RM374
Example 2
Customer bought an outdoor furniture set at RM1959 which needs assembly and delivery to Cheras
Total Payment : RM1959 + RM65 (delivery) + RM97.95 (5% assembly) = RM2,121.95 |

When stocks are available, items will be delivered and must be accepted within 7 days. If customers request for delivery beyond 7 days, storage charge will apply. |

Please ensure that someone is at home during the time of delivery. |

Delivery charge is based on 1 drop point / address. |

Delivery is inclusive of transporting items to apartments / condominiums provided that lifts / escalators are available and the distance between point of unload and lifts / escalators is less than 100 feet. |

Additional charges will be levied if:

Items are required to be hand-carried upstairs using staircases (up to maximum 4 storeys) |
(b) |
Last minute postponement occurs and less than 48-hour notice is given to Houz Depot |
(c) |
No one is at home for first-time delivery and subsequent delivery is required |

We regret that we are unable to assist our customers to discard their old merchandise as the delivery driver will only be responsible for delivery of Houz Depot merchandise from Houz Depot. |

Kindly ensure the items bought can be moved into the house in their packaging (or building and door of residence in the case of an condominium / apartment). |

Kindly ensure that the lift and stairs in your living area are broad enough and free of any obstacles to receive the delivered items. |

The delivery time may vary due to rain, traffic and other unforeseen factors. |

Houz Depot’s customers need to check all the delivered items upon receiving. Houz Depot disclaims responsibility for any shortages and loss of items / valuables after the delivery order has been signed. |

Should we be unable to deliver the items sold, our liability will be limited to refund of payments received only. |
