Price comparison is valid within 3 days from date of purchase. |

You can submit your claim within 7 days of the purchased date at any Houz Depot hyperstore. |

The lower priced item must be of the same type, brand, model and size. It must be new, in good condition and have the same packaging as your purchase. |

You must produce the original Houz Depot sales receipt of the purchased item accompanied by the advertisement cutting / official receipt from other stores / outlets as a proof of the same item being sold at a lower price. |

The refund is valid on items sold at retail outlets within 20km radius from Houz Depot where you purchase the item. |

Total claims / refunds to be made for more than one unit of the same item shall not exceed RM300. |

All claims / refunds to be made shall not exceed 10 units of the same item in a single receipt. |
