Return & Refund

We hope that you’re pleased with your purchase from Houz Depot, however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us. We’ve set out below the rules & process for return & refund for your convenience.

Terms & Conditions
 
Refunds are only applicable to items purchased from Houz Depot except the following items:
 
1. tiles;
2. made-to-order items;
3. items cut to sizes as per customers’ request, e.g. wire, strings, chains, marble, blinds, pipes, carpets, PVC, sawn timber, etc;
4. items with features / accessories added as per customers’ specifications, e.g. doors, window etc;
5. items that are mixed, opened or paint materials that have been contaminated;
6. items that are partially used, e.g. batteries, bulbs or lightings;
7. promotional items;
8. electrical items, air tools, fresh plants etc
The refund policy is only valid within 14 days from the date of purchase. All items to be returned must be accompanied with the original receipt.
Cash purchases of RM100 and below will be refunded in cash. Any amount above RM100 will be refunded by cheque. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the customer's credit card account.
The items to be returned must be in their original packaging with the original parts, and without defects.
Refunds should be made at Houz Depot Customer Service Counters.
Houz Depot reserves the right to change the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
